Price List for Student Academic Year 2010/2011
Rooms are available from Sunday 5th of September 2010 to Saturday 21st of May 2011. Each en-suite bedroom contains its own shower, washhand basin, toilet, study desk and chair.
Rent is payable in advance in two instalments.
The rent is payment for Semester 1 is due on or before the day you move in.
The rent is payment for Semester 2 is due on or before the 16th January 2011.
Single en-suite room:
€50 per week. There is no utility charge.

Please note that rent will be adjusted to reflect the actual period of occupation. Alternatively rent can be paid on a 4 weekly basis.
Booking / Security Deposits:
A booking / security deposit of €250 is required to reserve a room at Westward Court which is refundable subject to the electricity being paid and the room being vacated in a satisfactory condition.
The following are included in the price:
- Unlimited WI-FI broadband internet access
- Refuse collection
Electricity:
Each room is metered separately.
We accept cash and cheques/bank drafts made payable to Westward Court.
